Purpose
To provide a more in-depth understanding of the Gyrotonic Level 1 curriculum and provide students with the specific skills and techniques needed to teach these exercises to clients. During this course, a Gyrotonic Master Trainer introduces the teaching techniques and principles underlying the Gyrotonic Level 1 exercise syllabus and introduces the complete Gyrotonic, Level 1 exercise curriculum.
Prerequisites
Successful completion of the Gyrotonic Level 1 Pre-Training Course.
Instructior Bio
Victoria Limadibrata is a traveling master trainer and consultant who travels to certify new trainers onsite in Gyrotonic, Gyrokinesis and Gyrotonic Specialized Equipments.
Having studied with acclaimed fitness originators Juliu Horvath (inventor of Gyrotonic Expansion System) and Yamuna Zake (creator of Yamuna Body Rolling), Victoria is a widely recognized presenter of both YBR and Gyrotonic, having conducted workshops and master training programs both in the United States and internationally. She also presents at workshops, seminars, and lecture-demonstrations at conventions and conferences as a guest speaker. Keeping pace as a successful owner of Integrated Movement, a retail business located in San Luis Obispo, CA and Gyrotonic Bali, a training and retreat center for Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis Method, Victoria demonstrates entrepreneurial skills and sound business sense, having served hundreds of clients and trainers in twenty two years since she started her fitness enterprise.
Since 1999, Victoria has been certified and teaching the Gyrotonic Expansion System, attaining Level 2 trainer status in 2001, then progressing to be a certifying teacher trainer in both level 1 and 2. Through her years of teaching, Victoria’s clients have gone on to launch successful businesses offering classes in Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis methodology in Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan Thailand, Taiwan, Malaysia, Indonesia, India, Brazil and Qatar.
