If you are interested in trying out The GYROTONIC® Method, this series is the perfect starting point.
In this 4 week series student will be come familiar with the basic exercises, concepts and set-up of the GYROTONIC® equipment. After this series, students should be proficient enough with the system to attend any of our drop in GYROTONIC® classes.
